This is an application for condonation of delay of 2 years and 192 days in preferring an application for restoration of the Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non removal of office objections. 2.

The reason given in the application for condonation of delay is that, due to ignorance of the Advocate for the Applicant, as he was not informed by his Assistant Advocate about progress in the matter, the restoration application was not made in time. 3.

In the considered opinion of this Court, the reason given for condonation of delay is absolutely not sufficient, as it was the duty of the litigant also to keep the track of his own proceedings, which he has failed to do so.
