Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the parties to this petition have settled the matter amongst themselves. Interim relief was granted in favour of the Petitioner vide order dated 23/7/2019 subject to the Petitioner depositing in the Registry of this Court 50% of the total amount of Rs. 14,04,079/- as per the order dated 5/2/2017 passed by the Authorised Officer of the Respondent No. 1 Board under the Maharashtra Mathadi Hamal and Other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969. Heard learned Counsel for all the Respondents. They all agreed that the matter is settled between the parties. In view of the settlement between the parties, the amount of Rs. 7,02,040/-, which is deposited in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon in compliance with the order dated 23/7/2019 be released in favour of the Petitioner. The Petition alongwith all other interim applications stands dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
