By the above Petition, the Petitioner seeks to set aside the Order dated 4th February, 2017 passed by the High Power Committee rejecting the Application seeking interim reliefs against Respondent No. 6 not to create third party rights and to place the matter in usual course of hearing. In view thereof, the High Power Committee is directed to hear the Application of the Petitioner bearing No. 210 of 2014 and dispose off the same within a period of 16 weeks from today. 2.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.

The above Petition is accordingly disposed.
