1] By a reasoned Order dated 22.3.2017, the applicant was granted interim relief.

2] The record of investigation reveals that the applicant attended the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and her specimen hand-writing is taken by the Investigating Agency. The applicant is a lady and is aged about 66 of years. It appears that the alleged fabricated documents were submitted by Kamsudul Hasan Abul Momin to the MMRDA Authority. It further appears that the commencement certificate issued in favour of the applicant is already cancelled by the Authority. 3] In view of the peculiar facts of the present matter, the interim relief granted by Order dated 22.3.2017 is hereby confirmed. 4] The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
