At the outset, learned APP submitted that after completion of investigation of the present Crime, Police have submitted charge-sheet on 7th June 2023 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First class, Lashkar, Pune and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No.438 of 2023.

In view thereof, the learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C.
Leave and liberty granted.
