On 13th March 2022 following order came to be passed :- "Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners were coerced by the Officers to deposit certain amount during the investigation proceedings which the Petitioners have challenged by these petitions. The learned Senior Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.2 to 4 states that there was no coercion but the Petitioners have deposited the amounts voluntarily. Except stating that the Petitioners were coerced, we find no particulars in the petitions. Considering the seriousness of this imputation, we cannot proceed only on bald pleadings of such nature. The learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to amend the petitions to provide particulars of the alleged coercion. Leave to amend is accordingly granted. Amendment to be carried out before the next date. Stand over to 26 March 2020."
