After arrest on 27/12/2018, applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 1023/2018 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur for offence punishable under Sections 465, 468, 420, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Charge-sheet is already tendered against the applicant.

There are no antecedents. Applicant is an illiterate lady whose status is sought to be misused by the other co-accused. That being
