1. The papers are allowed to be produced at 3.00 p.m.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant on instruction seeks liberty to withdraw this Civil Applications and the First Appeal conditionally. First Appeal (ST.) No. 35724 of 2015 as well as Civil Application No. 2755 of 2016 and 2761 of 2016 are stands dismissed as withdrawn. Refund of Court fees as per the Rule. 3. In view of the withdrawal of the first appeal, the original applicant is at liberty to execute the decree.

4. The office is directed to transit the amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the applicant by way of statutory amount to the M.A.C.T., Pune expeditiously. Upon transmission of the said amount, the applicant is liberty to withdraw the amount before the Tribunal.

5. All parties as well as the M.A.C.T. to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
