Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the limited prayer being pressed on behalf of the Petitioner is that the Application of the Petitioner dated 12th July, 2021 (Page 147 of the Petition) for installation of telecommunication tower and other equipment on the premises situated at Sonal Building, Prabhat Colony, Keshav Nagar, Chinchwad, Pune be decided by the Respondent -Corporation. We accede to the request and accordingly direct the Executive Engineer to decide the Application of the Petitioner dated 12th July, 2021 expeditiously and in any event within six weeks from today. 3.

It will be open for the Petitioner to furnish further documents in support of the Application within two weeks from today. 4.

The ad-interim relief granted by this Court shall continue to operate until the decision of the Executive Engineer. 5.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.

The Petition to stand disposed of accordingly. All contentions are kept open.
