By this Civil Application, applicant/original claimant is seeking condonation of 39 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 17th September, 2016 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kolhapur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 560 of 2012.
