CORAM:

DATED:
16 June, 2023 _______________________ P.C.
1.
Although, Ms. Shruti Vyas, learned AGP for the respondent/State has raised objection in regard to the maintainability of the petition on the ground that an appeal against the order passed under sub-sections (2) or (4) of Section 30 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 cannot be appealed, she would not dispute that the issue of law for consideration in the present proceedings would stand covered by our decision dated 6 June, 2023 in the case of S.K. Trading vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors. in Writ Petition No. 319 of 2020.
2.
We, accordingly, dispose of these petitions in terms of the said decision. No costs.
