It is stated therein that, as the Appellant has undergone entire sentence imposed upon him, he has been released from jail on 19th December 2019.

As the Appellant has already undergone entire sentence imposed upon him, it appears that he is no more interested in pursuing present Appeal. Appeal is accordingly disposed off.
