We are inclined to dispose of the present Petition by setting aside the impugned order dated 9 January 2014 passed by Respondent No.3 as the learned AGP pursuance to the order dated 28 August 2015 on instructions makes a statement that Respondent No.3 has been given authority to consider and decide the proposal/approval of special teachers. Therefore, Respondent No.3, to reconsider the Application that would be resubmitted by the management within three weeks and to decide the same within six weeks thereafter in accordance with law, expeditiously, as the Petitioner is without salary for want of approval. All points are kept open. The Petition is disposed of accordingly. Parties to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order. No costs.
