Heard Mr. Hirve, learned Counsel for applicants. 2.

Perused the orders passed in this matter from time to time. As far as this Civil Application is concerned, by order dated 03.05.2010, notice was issued, returnable after 8 weeks. Office remark dated 28.06.2010 shows that the present Application for restoration of Writ Petition was already dismissed by virtue of conditional order dated 25.02.2009. It is also evident that notices were not served on the respondents.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. 1/2
