Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the respondent-State.

Learned Counsel for the applicant does not press the present application, as this Court is inclined to expedite the hearing of the case of the applicant being Sessions Case No. 13 of 2013. 3.

Learned A.P.P states that the matter was kept for framing of charge today. However, the accused was not produced and the matter is accordingly adjourned to 31st March, 2015.

Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the applicant has been in custody from May, 2013, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned trial Court to make an endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within four months from today.

The learned A.P.P and the concerned Officer as well as the jail authorities shall ensure that the applicant is produced before the trial Court on each date, so as to ensure that there is no impediment in the conduct of the trial.

Learned Counsel for the applicant to produce copy of this order before the trial Court.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn on the aforesaid terms.
