Mr. Shalgaonkar, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the impugned judgment and decree of the learned First Appellate Court is dated 16th December 2019. The certified copy of the judgment and decree was applied on 17th December 2019 and received the same on 1st February 2020.

He states that due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Supreme

Therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the Interim Application No. 1736 of 2023 seeking condonation of delay in filing Second Appeal.
