By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with a complaint lodged with the Dongri Police Station by one Kamal Kumar Poddar.

Learned A.P.P states that although a written complaint has been lodged, C.R. has not been registered against the present applicant. SQ Pathan 1/2

In view of the above, the application can be conveniently disposed of with the following directions:

(i) If the police of Dongri Police Station intend to register a C.R on a complaint filed by Kamal Kumar Poddar, for an alleged transaction with the applicant, the applicant shall be given 72 hours advance notice. (ii) The applicant shall give address of his permanent place of residence as well as telephone contact number to the Officer of the Dongri Police Station, forthwith.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
