Heard. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 07/04/2015 passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thane in Criminal Summary Case No. 8675 of 2011 by which complaint filed by the present applicant was dismissed for want of prosecution. The delay is of 45 days.

2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 2 & 3 of the application, the delay of 45 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.
