2. This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No. 3327 of 2023 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 6th October, 2023. The Petitioner was directed to supply spare copies in the Registry within stipulated time which has not been supplied and in view of the conditional order, the Petition was dismissed.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, Application is allowed and Criminal Writ Petition No. 3327 of 2023 is restored to file.
