1] The petition is filed for quashing the F.I.R. bearing No.I305 of 2016 registered with Bund Garden Police Station, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 193, 195A, 196, 199, 200, 209, 211, 384, 389, 420, 453, 499, 500, 503, 504, 506(2), 507 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Learned APP Mr. Shinde, on instructions, makes a statement that after competition of investigation in the said F.I.R. "A" summery report is filed. In support of his submission, he placed on record copy of the "A" summery report. The same is taken on record 1/2

3] In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the grievance of the petitioner raised in the petition no more survives. The Petition, accordingly is dismissed. 4] Rule discharged.
