Heard. By this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner is seeking direction against Respondent No.1 to decide the Revision Application No.2766/2016, as early as possible.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, said Review Application has been decided by the Authority. Hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. The statement is accepted.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
