DATED : 12th SEPTEMBER, 2023 P.C:- The praecipe was moved under the signature of Adv. Rohit Sonawane seeking withdrawal of the petition and circulation was granted for today.

The learned counsel Shradha Sawant, who represent the petitioner was taken by surprise, as she had no instructions about withdrawal. However, when the matter was kept back, she personally spoke to the Advocate Rohit Sonawane, who represent the petitioner in the Trial Court, who confirmed to her that, it is he, who has moved the praecipe. Since now it is confirmed that the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the petition as informed to Ms. Sawant from Advocate Rohit Sonawane, who is directly in contact with the petitioner, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn and stands disposed off as such.
