The grievance made in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is that the application for interim maintenance made by the petitioner before the Family Court at Mumbai in Petition No.C-127/2013 is not being decided.

The remedy of the petitioner is to apply to the Court before which the application for interim maintenance is pending with a request to give necessary priority to the hearing of the said application. There is no averment made in the petition that any such application is made by the petitioner. Therefore, by keeping the aforesaid remedy open, writ petition is disposed of.
