This Interim Application is taken out as the Review Petition is rejected by order dated 26th November 2019 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II), by which four weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which Review Petition was directed to be refused.

Mr. Datar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 strongly opposes the reliefs sought in the Interim Application, however, sufficient reasons are given. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 4.

Mr. Patil, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Applicants states that within a period of two weeks, objections will be removed.

Review petition be listed for 'Admission' on 27th February 2023 at 2.30 pm.
