Learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos.1, 4 to 6 informs that the matter appeared on several occasions. Though the matter is old, Appellant is not showing interest in arguing matter. She points out the order dated 20th December, 2023 passed by this Court. In the said order, Court has recorded that Respondent Nos.2 & 3 expired in 2003. The intimation was also given to the advocate for the Appellants and still no steps are taken. This Court however still directed Appellants to file requisite number of decree forms on or before next date i.e. today. The Appeal is filed against judgment and order passed by City Civil Judge. The First Appeal therefore stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
