The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner's Complaint dated 25th July 2023 against Respondent Nos.3 to 5 (Exhibit 'C' at page 33 of the Petition) be decided by Respondent Nos.1 and 2 2.

We consider it appropriate to accept the said request of the Petitioner, despite the Respondents not being before us, as no prejudice would be caused to the Respondents in the Court passing such an Order. 3.

Accordingly, the following order is passed:

a.

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to decide the Petitioner's Complaint dated 25th July 2023 (Exhibit 'C' at page 33 of the Petition) within a period of four weeks from the date of intimation of this Order. b.

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. c.

No order as to costs.
