The applicant is a father of the deceased - Mayur. As per the case of the prosecution, the accused persons who were armed with certain weapons were responsible for the death of Mayur. The appeal filed challenging the judgment and order of conviction is already admitted. The applicant prayed for his intervention in the matter so as to assist the public prosecutor.
