This Interim Application seeks restoration of the petition which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections till 18 th March, 2021.

Learned counsel on behalf of the applicant submits that due to inadvertence and for reasons set out in paragraph 4 of the Interim Application objections could not be removed within time.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the petition is liable to be restored. Accordingly, we pass the following RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI order :
