The application is moved for bail. The applicant/accused is facing charges under section 307, 504, 506, 143,147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code at C.R. No.142 of 2014 registered with the Saswad police station, Pune.

The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused made some submissions as also the learned APP. However, in the midst of it, the learned APP pointed out that he has been instructed that charge is framed in the Sessions Case No.26 of 2015 by the Sessions Court, Pune, where the matter is pending. Further, witness summonses are also issued and the matter is now fixed on 17.7.2015 for recording of evidence. 1 / 2

Considering the stage of the trial, without going into merits of the case, I dispose of this application with a direction to the learned Sessions Judge to conclude the trial within two months i.e., on or before 16.9.2015. 4.

Bail application is disposed of accordingly.
