Learned AGP seeks leave to amend the cause title of the Petition by correcting the designation of Respondent No.3. Leave is granted. Corrections be made forthwith. 2.

Since learned counsel for the Petitioner restricts his prayer to prayer clause (b). We are inclined to allow the petition and accordingly we direct Respondent No.3 to decide the proposal of the Petitioner dated 15/12/2015 in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
