This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal thereby challenging the Judgment and Order dated 20th March, 2018 passed by the Special Judge (ACB) in Special (ACB) Case No. 4 of 2002. The delay is of 80 days. For the reasons assigned in paragraph- 4.1, 4.2 and 5 of the application, the application seeking condonation of delay needs to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of accordingly.
