Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant fairly points out the provisions of section 8 of the Commercial Court Act, 2015 which bars the Revision Application or Petition against interlocutory order of the Commercial Court. He would submit that in the present case, the Revision Application has been filed challenging the order under Order 7 Rule 11 as regards the valuation. In view of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, the Revision Application is barred and is dismissed accordingly. (SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J. )
