The applicant was granted interim relief by an order dated 8 February 2017.

The First Information Report is lodged by the brother-in-law of the deceased Smt. Resham Dubey. The applicant is the sister-inlaw of deceased. It is the allegation against the applicant that she used to pass sarcastic comments against the deceased when she was at matrimonial house. Apart from the said allegation, there is no other overt-act attributed to the applicant.

In view thereof, the applicant has made out a case for her release on pre-arrest bail.

The interim relief granted by order dated 8 February 2017 is hereby confirmed, however, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby waived.
