Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 214/2018 registered with Wanawadi Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under Sections 364(A), 341, 506(2), 384, 385, 386, 387, 395, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(25) of Arms Act. Applicant was arrested on 14/06/2018. Applicant is already charge-sheeted.

It is claimed that there are no criminal antecedents against the

Having regard to the fact that there are no criminal antecedents and the investigation in the matter is already completed and the applicant is not identified as the identification parade was not held, the case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, following order:

(A) Applicant be released in Crime No. 214/2018 registered with Wanawadi Police Station, Pune on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

Application stands disposed of.
