The above Second Appeal was dismissed by an order dated 8th June, 2017. The Learned Advocate for the Applicants states that the Ofce objections were not removed and the Respondents were not served due to mistake on his part and his client should not be made to sufer. In view of his mistake, the order to the extent of dismissing the Second Appeal is set aside. Registry shall inform this Court whether a copy of the order dated 8 th June, 2017 was placed before the Hon'ble Chief Justice as well as the Administrative Committee for appropriate action or not. The Learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintif undertakes to remove the Ofce objections within one week from today. The above Review Petition as well as Civil Application are accordingly disposed of.
