Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has pointed out the inadvertent error crept in the order dated 18th March, 2016. In second line of paragraph(2) of the said order, the name of the proposed arbitrator Shri Ghanshyam K.Pathak is corrected as Shri Ghanshyam K.Phatak. Order dated 18th March, 2016 stands corrected accordingly. 2.

Pursuant to the said order dated 18th March, 2016, both the parties have filed disclosure under section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of their respective nominee arbitrators. I have perused the disclosure made by the proposed arbitrators. In my view, both the arbitrators are qualified to be appointed as nominee arbitrators of the parties respectively. 3.

Shri C.V.Atre, Advocate, Pune is appointed as nominee arbitrator on behalf of the petitioner. Shri Ghyanshyam K.Phatak, Advocate, Pune is appointed as nominee arbitrator on behalf of the respondent. Both the learned arbitrators

kvm 2/2 17-ARP17.16 nominated by the parties and appointed by this court shall appoint a presiding arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and communicate the name of the presiding arbitrator to both the parties expeditiously.

Arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
