This application is for restoration of the Civil Revision Application which was dismissed on 18.6.2014 for default. The counsel for the applicant states that they attempted to serve the respondents' Advocate on record Shri A.D.Dubey who refused service. The counsel also states that the respondents do not reside in the suit premises and hence they have not been able to serve the Civil Application. The counsel for the applicant has filed an affidavit of service of one Dinesh Jaiswal affirmed on 9.3.2015. The same is taken on record. In view of the explanation given in the Civil Application, the Civil Revision Application No.871 of 2012 is restored to file.
