So far as the Civil Application No. 600 of 2017 is concerned, having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the Applicant is a necessary party in this Petition. Accordingly, we allow the Civil Application. The Petitioner to amend the cause title of the Petition by impleading the Applicant of the Civil Application. Amendment to be carried out within a week. List the matter on 4th May, 2017.
