On 21/09/2020, the applicants were admitted to interim protection by referring to the sale deed executed by the husband of the complainant in respect of the property, of which trespass is alleged against the applicants. Further, the Power of Attorney and the possession receipt executed by the husband of the complainant in favour of the applicants were also relied upon. 2.

Recording that the documents placed on record would not AJN

2/2 34 ABA-436.20.odt justify the allegations against the applicants and since the documents are suggestive of the fact that the applicants were inducted to the said property by the husband of the complainant and the applicants were already admitted to protection of being released on bail, in the event of arrest, I see no reason to deviate from the order.

Necessarily, the order dated 21/02/2020 is made absolute subject to the same stipulation that the applicants shall render all their cooperation to the Investigating Officer and attend the police station as and when called for.
