In the morning session, the Applicant - Ms. Rekha Chandrashekhar Durgapal was present in Court. The Advocate for the Respondent - Mr. Chandrashekhar Dayakrishna Durgapal was also present. The Applicant - as well as the Advocate for the Respondent informed the Court that the order dated 16th June, 2017 is worked out in its entirety, save and except that the two CDs as well as the Pen Drive, which are in possession of the Court remains to be destroyed. The Applicant

Nitin 2 / 2 38-MCA-218-2016.sxw as well as the Advocate for the Respondent were therefore directed to remain present before the Court at 05.30 p.m. in Chambers. However, at 5.30 p.m. the Applicant and her Advocate are absent. The Respondent and his Advocate are present. The Advocate for the Respondent has informed the Court that the Advocate for the Applicant has informed him over the phone that the Applicant has no objection if the CDs as well as the Pen Drive, which are in possession of the Court are destroyed at 5.30 p.m. in Chambers in the presence of the Advocate for the Respondent. In view thereof, two CDs as well as the Pen Drive are destroyed in the presence of Mr. Chandrashekhar Dayakrishna Durgapal and his Advocate. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
