The civil application seeks a variation or modification of the interim order passed by this court. The interim order was passed after hearing both the Petitioner and the Respondents. There is no change of circumstances alleged nor is there any cause for exceptional hardship. The facts alleged in the civil application are disputed by the Respondent to the civil application (original Petitioner). I am, therefore, not inclined to consider any modification in the order, but I am inclined to expedite the hearing of the petition. The hearing of the petition is expedited. The civil application is disposed of accordingly. The petition to come up for final hearing on 11 August 2016. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
