Mrs. M.R. Bhoir, Advocate for the respondent/Corporation. CORAM: MRS.MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.

DATE: 23rd February, 2018.

P.C.:

Both the Appeals are heard together and disposed of by a common order, as two notices are given by the corporation for similar type of structures.

2.

The learned counsel for the respondent/Corporation produces photographs dated 8th February, 2018 showing demolition of the suit

18 & 19_AOSt4019_2018.doc structure. The photographs are taken on record. 3.

None present for both the appellant when the matter is called out. Perused the impugned notice and the order passed by the learned trial Judge thereby rejecting ad-interim relief. The Corporation has produced the photographs of demolition of unauthorized suit structure which is inclusive balcony terrace with brick masonry walls and also covered the front side upon terrace. Perused the order passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil court. It is well reasoned. In view of this, both the Appeals are dismissed.

4.

In view of dismissal of Appeals from Order, Civil Applications do not survive and the same are accordingly disposed of. (MRS.MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
