The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the costs of `7000 as stipulated in the order dated 5 October 2015 is paid. The costs was imposed by this Court considering the fact that the Applicant who is her husband of the Respondent had remained absent on various occasions causing inconvenience to Respondentwife who had to appear on various dates in this court. Since the costs is now paid the Appeal be restored to file to be listed as per the C.M.I.S date. Civil Application is allowed accordingly. 2.

If the Applicant seeks any further adjournment in the Appeal, it will be considered as an aggravated conduct on the part of the Applicant.
