At the outset learned counsel for Respondent No.5 raised a preliminary objection and submitted that, against the impugned Order dated 5th July 2018 passed by the Respondent No.1, an appeal before the Appellate Authority, i.e. Apex Grievance Redressal Committee, is maintainable and without availing the said statutory alternate remedy available at the disposal of the Petitioner, he has directly approached this Court. 2.

In view thereof, Mr.Bhanushali, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file the said statutory appeal before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee. Leave and liberty granted.
