The learned A.P.P Mrs. Pai, on instructions of the Investigating Officer Mr. Pramod B. Toradmal, P.I., Dahisar Police Station, states that the charge-sheet has already been filed on 4th June, 2018 i.e. yesterday. In view thereof, we do not deem it appropriate to exercise our writ jurisdiction. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to invoke the statutory remedy of discharge. SQ Pathan 1/2
