We have carefully perused the contents of the letter addressed to the Registry of this Court by the petitioner. It appears that grievance of the petitioner is about not giving proper medical treatment to him in jail. 2.

Learned APP submits that in case grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the concerned jail authority may be given directions to consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur-3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner if still subsists and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within eight weeks from today.
