We are told that DRAT, Mumbai is on leave upto 12 April 2018 and the DRAT, Chennai has been given additional charge of DRAT, Mumbai. The Petitioner would be free to approach DRAT, Chennai for urgent reliefs. We are informed that the matter is now before the DRT-1, Ahmedabad on 1 March, 2018. DRT-1, Ahmedbad is requested to defer the hearing for a period of two weeks.
