1) This is the second bail application for bail by the applicant. The first application preferred by the applicant before this Court was dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 17/12/2015.

2) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application unconditionally.

Leave granted.

3) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is arrested on 8/6/2015 and since then he is in jail and therefore the trial may be expedited. 4) In view of the fact that the applicant is arrested on 8/6/2015 the trial pertaining to CR No. I-156/2015

The learned Additional Sessions Judge seized of Sessions Case No. is hereby requested to conclude the trial arising out of CR No. I-156/2015 registered with Navghar Police Station, Thane (Rural) preferably within a period of one year from today.
