Parties have settled and compromised the matter. Affidavit dated 21.02.2022 filed by Respondent No. 2 is taken on record to that effect. Parties are present in the Court and are identified by their respective Advocates. Respondent No. 2 confirms the statement made in the affidavit and states that she has voluntarily decided to withdraw the allegations against the Petitioners.

In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed & disposed of in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- "(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned FIR No. 291 of 2021 with all allegations registered for the offence under section 498-A, 406 and 342 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 with Vashi Police Station, Navi Mumbai."
