This application is filed for setting aside the order dated 19th September 2019 by which the appeal was admitted and appellant was directed to file paper-book within a period of one year from the date of the order, failing which the first appeal to stand dismissed. By order dated 8th March 2021, this Court had extended the time to file paper-book by four weeks from the date of the order. The paper-book is filed on 21st March 2021.
